Step by step

  1. 1Select the cell where you want the sparkline to appear.
  2. 2In Excel, go to the Insert tab and click on Sparkline. Choose the type of sparkline you want (Line, Column, Win/Loss). In Google Sheets, enter the SPARKLINE formula directly into the cell.
  3. 3For Excel, select the range of data you want to include in the sparkline. For Google Sheets, specify the range within the SPARKLINE formula.
  4. 4Adjust any additional settings such as colors or markers if needed.
  5. 5Click OK in Excel to insert the sparkline. In Google Sheets, press Enter to display the sparkline.
