1. The Service

FormulaCraft is an AI-powered tool that generates, explains, and fixes spreadsheet formulas for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets based on text you provide. Formulas are produced by automated AI models and are provided for your convenience.

2. Accounts

You may use a limited amount of the Service without an account. To save history or subscribe to a paid plan you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent usage limits;
• resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

4. Plans, billing & renewal

The free plan includes a limited number of formulas per day. Paid plans (Pro — ₹199/month, Business — ₹399/month, or the equivalent in your currency) are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with prior notice; changes do not affect the current billing cycle.

5. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and content are owned by us. Formulas generated for you, and the text you submit, remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs to provide the Service.

7. AI output disclaimer

Formulas are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your data. You must review and test every formula before relying on it. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from use of generated formulas.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes & termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of [City, State].
